The tart is a very ancient sweet; it seems that the first recipe was in the fourteenth century. The tart is a delicious and healthy sweet Tasting Marche wants to do with its delicious jam for a snack or a dessert for an excellent dinner.

Preparation:

Break up the butter and soften at room temperature. Combine the butter, eggs, sugar, flour and baking powder (optional) and mix everything (strictly by hand) until the mixture reaches a smooth consistency and soft and form a ball. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least an hour at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Roll the dough and with a rolling pin directly on the baking paper. Put in a hot oven (170 °) of the tart shell for about 25 minutes, making some holes with a fork on the dough, and leaning over a handful of beans to avoid swelling in cooking. When the dough is slightly golden pull it out of the oven, spread plenty of jam on the disc evenly, roll out the dough advanced in strips about 2 cm, which form the central wire rack. Return to the oven to complete the cooking of the base and top of the grid (approximately 15 minutes). Remove from oven; allow cooling and enjoying it with friends.

Our advice:

For an even more beautiful tart from the aesthetic point of use a tablespoon of fruit jelly warmed and diluted with one or two tablespoons of water or liqueur to taste.
