Anise Ring-Shaped Cookies are made with light dough containing no eggs or butter but simple seed oil. Being filled with anis and wine, these cookies are light, flaky and very tasty; they will satisfy the most demanding palates. After being baked, Anise Ring-Shaped Cookies appear golden, rough and crispy.
