Durum Whole Wheat Spaghetti by Girolomoni ®, with its unmistakable golden color, are a natural source of fibers, made using particular semolina, obtained by an exclusive method of wheat processing, and water from a source that has no industrial agriculture upstream. Spaghetti is manufactured in a pasta factory, located in Montebello (PU), applying rigorously the biological method. To make the dough is used a semolina obtained by removing only the single outermost cortical layer from the wheat grain, to have a pasta more rich in fiber. After being mixed with water, the mixture is passed through extruder to get spaghetti about 25cm long; finally spaghetti are left to naturally dry for at least 24 hours.

General Information: Pasta is cheap and easy to prepare; you have to cook pasta but you can eat it warm or cold, as pasta salad, you can toss it just cooked or sauté it in a pan before serving. How to eat: Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil (around 1 litre for every 100 grams of pasta that you want to cook), add salt to taste; add the pasta to boiling water and stir softly; cook for about 8 minutes, for authentic Italian "al dente" pasta, start counting the cooking time when the water returned to a boil. Drain the pasta and serve with your sauces and favorite toppings.
