The Egg Quadrucci are made by Azienda Agricola Luciani Diego of San Ginesio (MC)The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by Oleificio Silvestri from Spinetoli (AP) while the Guanciale by the butchery Country Pig from Alteta Montegiorgio (MC). The red wines Rosso Piceno and Rosso San Ginesio are of terre di San Ginesio from San Ginesio (MC) while the Rosso Conero is of the Farm Lucesole of Ancona.
