The flavoured Pecorino Cheese chosen by Tasting Marche are those of the dairy Di Pietrantonio from Beforte Chienti (AP), the Honeydew honey is one of Apicoltura Nomade from Montegiorgio (MC) and Green Olives Ascolane of Piceno DOP are of Oleificio Silvestri from Spinetoli (AP). As for the wines, the Dry Rosé Syla is produced by Landi of Ostra Vetere (AN) and the Red Wine Carpentano by Terre di San Ginesio from Ripe San Ginesio(MC).
The combination of honey and cheese is now common, as well as the choice of a selection of Pecorino cheeses to taste rosé or red wines, the addition of green olives ascolane del Piceno DOP simply gives an edge to an happy hour sufficiently flavourful and tasty.
