Tasting Marche asked Oleifico Silvestri from Spinetoli (AP), the company Azienda Borgo Cisterna from Macerata Feltria (PU) and "La Viola" from Torre San Patrizio (FM) to prepare Fava Beans Cream, Persimmons Pickled in Oil, Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Black Olives Sauce. The firm Pantaleone from Ascoli Piceno (AP) and that of Carminucci from Grottamare (AP), respectively, will provide the Passerina and Falerio dei Colli Ascolani.
All products typical of Piceno, these products have been selected because they are colorful, tasty and healthy. This vegetarian appetizer perfectly combines wellness and flavour. The white wine is essential to bring out the best of these simple flavors.
