An extraordinary Tasting Experience, to amaze your taste buds. The unmistakable taste of pig’s meats, stirred in orange peel and anisette, contained by a slice of ciauscolo, the delicious softness of a fava beans puree that goes to the superb scent of a slice of crispy Guanciale. A superb wine as Rosso Conero Riserva, could be the perfect accompaniment.

Prepared for: True Italian foodstuffs fans. How to taste: Ciauscolo’s slices of fresh bread is perfect paired with toasted bread, peeled fava beans should be put to soak for at least 12 hours before cooked, following one of our recipes, Guanciale should be thinly sliced and eaten au natural or sautéed in extra virgin olive oil, to give flavour to dishes or create pasta dishes. The Rosso Conero Riserva should be served at a temperature of 18/20°.
