The products best represent the generous earth of the Marche: Black Truffle Sauce, White Truffle Butter, and Tagliolini with Summer Truffle are prepared by Longhi Tartufi from Urbania (PU), Rosso Conero Riserva Nympha of Fattoria Lucesole from Ancona (AN).
"Diamonds of the earth" is one of the most delicious tasting experiences created by Tasting Marche, thanks to the availability of all kinds of truffle. The precious tubers, loved by gourmets all over the world, are truly treasures foods, and are able to create memorable dishes and recipes, with a few simple ingredients. The black truffle, used to produce the sauce and white truffle for the butter, is the most prized variety, while Tagliolini with Summer Truffle is a wonderful example of how Truffle can turn into a pasta dish.

How to eat: Tagliolini should be cooked according to the instructions on the package or one of our recipes, white truffles sauce is simply heated, the butter is ready for seasoning dishes or add flavour to other dishes. The red wine Rosso Conero Riserva must be open at least one hour before being poured, served in large glasses for proper oxygenation at a temperature between 18 and 20 degrees.
