Il pregiato Verdicchio D.O.C. Classico Superiore “San Nicolò” dell’azienda Brunori racchiude al suo interno tutta l’esperienza nella lavorazione della vite e tutta la superba qualità delle uve di Verdicchio. Questo vino viene fermentato in bianco a temperatura controllata in contenitori d’acciaio e con sosta prolungata sui lieviti, successivamente affinamento e decantazione avviene in vasche di cemento vetrificato. Produzione: 16.000 bottiglie.
