The Mustard Pierre Dolce al Cuore Fruit is made by the skilful blend of various kinds of candied fruit such as oranges, lemons, clementines, cedar, cherries, peaches and pears to which is added the right amount of mustard, which helps to give typical spicy notes of mustard. This taste, between sweet and spicy, makes it best matched with boiled meats or seasoned cheeses.

Two hearts and a single passion, that's the common thread that binds Pelagagge Riccardo and Nicoletta Kent Fazi. The common passion led them to embark on this adventure together, with the intention of creating excellent pastries. Innovative ideas, original combinations and quality ingredients are the basis of the creations of Pierre Dolci al Cuore, a real goodies result of professionalism and genuine love.

General Information: Preserves can be consumed au naturel or cooked. How to eat: Preserves are delicious spread on warm bread or on a buttered focaccia or cookies. They pair well also with meat, instead of sauces, and with hard and savoury cheeses. Due to the high percentage of fruit, extra preserves are scrumptious also enjoyed by itself, as a dessert. The preserves can be used also to make baked desserts: pies, cookies and cakes.

Candied fruit (orange, lemon, clementine, cedar, cherry, peach, pear), sugar, vinegar, mustard, mustard oil.
