Sociale San Michele Arcangelo of Corridonia embraced this issue and, through a personally and carefully managed olive press, is able to prepare an extra virgin olive oil which will improve genuinely every dish.

The Coop. Sociale San Michele Arcangelo was founded in 2007, with the purpose of helping disadvantaged people to reintegrate into society through new incentives and growth opportunities. Over the years, with this noble purpose, the Cooperative has created a thriving business, which is closely linked to the territory and offers products rigorously certified as organic by the Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute (ICEA). General Information: Extra virgin olive oil is perfect for tossing salads, steamed foods and pasta dishes. It is ideal also on Bruschetta. How to eat: To toss meal you can pour Olive Oil directly on the meal. To make Bruschetta, you have to slice about 1 cm thick bread slices and place them on a pan or a toaster. Toast for 5-6 minutes, until the bread just begins to turn golden brown, rub some garlic in the slices, salted and add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on each slice.

A traditional and tasty main course: Durum Wheat Penne Rigate topped with Arrabbiata Sauce and caressed with a drizzle of Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
