Tasting Marche asked Oleifico Silvestri from Spinetoli (AP) and the company "I Sapori dei Monti" from Massignano (AP) to prepare Fava Beans Cream, Peppers Pickled in Oil, Lemon Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Black Olives Sauce. The firm Pantaleone from Ascoli Piceno (AP) and that of Carminucci from Grottamare (AP), respectively, will provide the Passerina and Falerio dei Colli Ascolani.

All products typical of Piceno, these products have been selected because they are colorful, tasty and healthy. This vegetarian appetizer perfectly combines wellness and flavour. The white wine is essential to bring out the best of these simple flavors.

Prepared for: A vegetarian aperitif full of flavor and color. How to eat: all these ingredients have been selected by Tasting Marche to allow the preparation of inviting bruschetta. White wine should be served cold.
