Six companies from The Marche are specialized in the production of Italian culinary excellence: Durum Wheat Spaghetti are of Gino Girolomoni from Isola del Piano (PU), the Eggplant Sauce is of I Sapori dei Monti from Massignano (AP), Chilli Pepper Pecorino cheese is of Di Pietrantonio from Belforte del Chienti, White Wine Pecorino of Pantaleon from Ascoli Piceno while Verna Spumante is produced by Terre di San Ginesio from San Ginesio(MC). Biscuits are made by Vapoforno Olivari from Castelraimondo (MC).
