Tasting Marche has chosen three pulses typically of the Marche, Quercia Chickpea, Solfi Bean and Fava Bean of Fratte Rosa, to enjoy a healthy and nutritious meal. The Egg Quadrucci are perfect to give more substance to these soups. The Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Tenero Ascolano" and Guanciale will provide to flavour the soup while the Italian red wines Rosso Conero, Rosso Piceno and Rosso di San Ginesio will accompany it pretty well.

Legumes chosen by Tasting Marche are unique and protected; the Azienda Agricola Nazareno Medei from Appignano (MC) supplies the Quercia Chickpea and Solfì Bean, the Azienda I Lubachi from Fratte Rosa (PU) supplies Fava Bean. The Egg Quadrucci are made by Azienda Agricola Luciani Diego of San Ginesio (MC)The Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced by Oleificio Silvestri from Spinetoli (AP) while the Guanciale by the butchery Country Pig from Alteta Montegiorgio (MC). 

A complete and nutritious lunch, made of legumes and cereals, is the perfect meal for a diet considered low calories and the high content of fibers and proteins. The producers selected from Tasting Marche have recovered traditional seeds that possess very special and unique organoleptic qualities. This Tasting Experience will give you the opportunity to sample a unique food and, at the same time, to follow a healthy and balanced diet.
